Overview

Canyon Six refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we will gladly accept unworn product with its original packaging for full refund within 60 days from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items Clearly marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized products, including RX Lenses

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return authorization (RA) number. Please email [email protected] to receive a return authorization (RA) approval number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days of being received.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

Canyon Six Guarantee’s all eyewear products against manufacture’s defects for a period of 12 months. We will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge to the customer. This warranty only covers items purchased through CanyonSix.com or an Authorized Dealer, The Canyon Six warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratched lenses, accidental damage, loss or theft of product, or misuse as determined by Canyon Six / Desert Edge Industries, LLC. For all warranty claims please email pictures and details to: [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA).

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will receive a return label with shipping instructions after you receive your return authorization.
